Aleksandra  Tomala è una fotografa di origini polacche, ma vive in Italia dall'età di tre anni. "Sono appasionata a tutto ciò che è considerato arte, la fotografia è una di quelle arti, ma mi ci sono avvicinata seriamente solo da pochi anni." Dopo aver vinto recentemente un concorso di fotografia a Latina occupando il 3 posto, decide di frequentare un corso base di fotografia. "Le mie foto sono spesso dei ritratti o autoritratti, hanno vari stili ma ultimamente mi piace concentrarmi su soggetti e ambientazioni che evocano un senso spiritico, etereo."

Tomala Ale is a photographer of Polish origin, but has lived in Italy since the age of three years. "I am Passionate in all that is considered art, photography is one of those arts, but I got approached seriously only a few years." Having recently won a photo competition in Latina occupying the third place, decides to attend a basic course in photography. "My pictures are often portraits or self-portraits, have different styles but lately I like to focus on subjects and settings that evoke a sense spiritist ethereal."

Tadao Cern è un fotografo Lituano, ha lavorato su questa serie di ritratti e li ha chiamati "Blow Job". Questa è una piccola selezione di oltre 100 ritratti, e sono stati realizzati solo con la forza del vento sul volto.

Lithuanian photographer and artist Tadao Cern has been working on a series of hilarious portraits entitled, ahem, Blow Job, that depicts individuals enduring gale-force winds directly to the face. Say goodbye to the next 15 minutes, he’s taken 100 portraits so far.

SCULTURES : SLIGHT UNCERTAINTY

L'artista Ceco Michal Trpák ha creato questa istallazione all'interno degli uffici della EBC di Praga. Le figure umane sono fatte di cemento e sono appese con dei ganci molto resistenti a questi ombrelli modificati. Il titolo dell'opera è "Slight Uncertainty" ovvero "Lieve Incertezza".

These cement figures dangling from umbrellas within a narrow space inside the EBC office center in Prague are part of a installation titled Slight Uncertainty by Czech artist Michal Trpák.

Thomas Doyle è un'artista che vive e lavora a New York, e ci presenta il suo lavoro di "miniature". Realizzate in scala 1:43 e messe sotto vetro, questi meravigliosi piccoli mondi evocano il mondo onirico visto dall'artista.

Thomas Doyle an artist who lives and works in New York  gave us his permission to present you his work from Distillation series. He says:
My work mines the debris of memory through the creation of intricate worlds sculpted in 1:43 scale and smaller. Often sealed under glass, the works depict the remnants of things past—whether major, transformational experiences, or the quieter moments that resonate loudly throughout a life. In much the way the mind recalls events through the fog of time, the works distort reality through a warped and dreamlike lens.

Nelle sue delicate sculture in porcellana, l'artista concettuale Kate McDowell esprime la sua interpretazione dello scontro tra il "mondo naturale" e "l'impatto ambientale" della società industrializzata. Le opere che ne risultano possono essere divertenti e inquietante come le forme anatomiche di uomini e animali che inspiegabilmente si intrecciano nelle sue forme delicate di porcellana.

In her delicate crafted porcelain sculptures conceptual artist Kate McDowell expresses her interpretation of the clash between the natural world and the modern-day environmental impact of industrialized society. The resulting works can be equal parts amusing and disturbing as the anatomical forms of humans and animals become inexplicably intertwined in her delicate porcelain forms.
